Corrugated is the core of the business and has been since 1994. We design the box, 3D-sample it, print it, die-cut it, glue or stitch it and deliver it — all under one roof in Edenvale, Johannesburg, with our own power so a run does not stop when the grid does.
Box styles we manufacture
Most requirements land on one of four styles. If yours does not, we design to the brief rather than to a catalogue.
Die-Cut Box
Custom shapes, hand holes, locking tabs, display cut-outs and anything else cut to your exact specification on a rotary, platen or roller press.
Telescope Box
A separate lid and base. Used where the contents are deep, heavy or need a more considered presentation than a taped RSC gives.
Folder / Tray Box
Flat-folding trays, ideal for display and retail packaging where the box is part of how the product is merchandised.
Board grades and flutes
Flute is the wave sandwiched between the liners, and it is what decides whether a box protects or crushes. E-flute is thin and takes print well, B and C flute are the everyday transit grades, and BC double wall is where weight and stacking height become the problem to solve.
Liners come in kraft (the familiar brown) or white liner, where print needs to sit on a clean background. We will recommend the grade against what the box actually has to carry and how far it has to travel — over-speccing board is a common and expensive habit.
- E-Flute — fine profile, best print surface, retail and light transit
- B-Flute — general-purpose transit, good crush resistance
- C-Flute — deeper profile, better stacking strength
- BC Double Wall — two flutes bonded, for heavy or high-stack loads
- Kraft or white liner, depending on the finish you need
What happens in the factory
Everything happens in one pass where it can. Printing, slotting, die-cutting and stacking run in-line, gluing is computerised automatic and semi-auto, and stitching covers the standard and long-arm cases for tall cartons.
Production runs on solar, grid and generator power together, which is the unglamorous reason our lead times survive load-shedding.

What is your minimum order quantity for corrugated boxes?
Minimum orders generally start from ±500 m² of board, which works out differently in units depending on how big the box is. We manufacture to order and do not hold standard stock.
What information do you need to quote a box?
To quote accurately we need the box style, internal dimensions (L × W × H in mm), quantity per order, board grade preference, printing requirements and your delivery address.
How long does a corrugated box order take?
Standard lead time is 10–12 working days. If your order needs a new stereo, the clock starts once that stereo lands with us — 3 to 5 working days from the moment you approve artwork.
Do you deliver?
We run our own delivery fleet across Johannesburg and the surrounding areas, so your delivery date is not at the mercy of a third-party courier.
What is your over/under supply policy?
We work to a standard 10% over/under supply policy to absorb normal manufacturing variance, and you are invoiced on what actually gets delivered, not what was ordered.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
We can put a physical sample in your hands to confirm board composition and dimensions before anything goes into production.
