Timepack has been making corrugated packaging in Edenvale since 1994. Pizza boxes sit squarely in what we already do every day — corrugated board, cut and creased to size, printed in-line, delivered on our own trucks. If you run a pizzeria, a franchise group or a food distribution business, you are buying from the factory rather than from a reseller.
Why food packaging is a different conversation
A pizza box touches food, so the board and the ink matter in a way they do not for a carton of bolts. Timepack holds FSSC 22000 certification alongside ISO 9001:2015 — FSSC 22000 is the food safety management standard, and holding it means our process for food-contact packaging is independently audited rather than simply claimed.
For a franchise group this usually matters twice: once because your own food safety auditor will ask for it, and once because your brand team will want the print to land the same way on every box, in every store, every time.
Sizes
Every box we make is made to order, so the size is yours to set rather than ours. A 9″ box at 230 × 230 × 40 mm is a common starting point, and sizes run up from there to suit the pizza, the oven and the delivery bag it has to fit into.
If you are replacing an existing box, send us the one you have. We will measure it, match it and confirm the board before you commit to anything.
Printing your brand on the lid
We print flexographically, direct onto the corrugated, in up to 4 colours, on sheets up to 2 750 mm × 1 150 mm. Printed orders need a print stereo (the plate), which is a once-off tooling cost rather than a per-order one.
Four colours is enough for a logo, a strapline, your socials and a delivery number, which is what most pizza box artwork actually consists of. Our design team will lay your artwork up on the box shape and 3D-sample it so you can see where the creases fall before the stereo is cut.

Are your pizza boxes food safe?
Yes. Timepack holds FSSC 22000 certification, the food safety management standard, in addition to ISO 9001:2015. We can provide both certificates for your own audit file.
What is the minimum order for printed pizza boxes?
Minimum orders generally start from ±500 m² of board, which works out differently in units depending on how big the box is. We manufacture to order and do not hold standard stock. On a 9″ pizza box that lands in the thousands rather than the hundreds — send us your size and we will convert it to a unit figure for you.
How many colours can you print on a pizza box?
Up to 4 colours, printed flexographically direct onto the corrugated. A once-off print stereo is required for each design.
How long does a pizza box order take?
Standard lead time is 10–12 working days. If your order needs a new stereo, the clock starts once that stereo lands with us — 3 to 5 working days from the moment you approve artwork.
Can I get a sample pizza box first?
We can put a physical sample in your hands to confirm board composition and dimensions before anything goes into production.
