C-Flute corrugated board offers an excellent balance of strength, cushioning and stacking performance, making it one of the most versatile packaging materials available. With a flute thickness of approximately 3.2–3.9mm, it provides protection for fragile and heavier products. Ideal for shipping cartons, protective packaging, die-cut boxes and general industrial applications.

B-Flute board is an excellent choice for businesses looking for reliable product protection and efficient packaging performance across storage, transport, and distribution applications.
Valkote is a coated white-lined grey-back board manufactured from recycled fibre. Its smooth white surface provides excellent print quality, making it ideal for attractive, cost-effective packaging.
Commonly used for folding cartons, product boxes, backing boards, confectionery packaging, calendars, toys, motor parts and other fast-moving consumer goods. Available in various thicknesses and sheet sizes.

E-flute is the thinnest board and gives the smoothest print surface, which is why it is used for retail and display work; we also hold it in colours. B-flute is a thin, crush-resistant middle ground that die-cuts and folds cleanly. C-flute is thicker, with more cushioning and stacking strength. Double wall board (DWB) combines two flutes for heavy-duty packing.
Valkote is a different material: a coated, white-lined grey-back board made from recycled fibre, used where a smooth white print surface matters more than cushioning.
Timepack manufactures corrugated packaging to order at the same Germiston factory, so a size or style that is not listed here can usually be made. Standard lead time is 7–10 working days.

Double wall board (DWB) is the strongest of the stocked grades because it combines two fluted layers. Of the single wall grades, C-flute has the most cushioning and stacking strength, B-flute is thinner and crush-resistant, and E-flute is the thinnest with the best print surface.
