A printed box is the cheapest piece of brand real estate most businesses own — it gets handled, photographed and unboxed. We print flexographically, direct onto the corrugated, and we design and 3D-sample the box in-house before a stereo is ever cut.
How the print process works
We print flexographically, direct onto the corrugated, in up to 4 colours, on sheets up to 2 750 mm × 1 150 mm. Printed orders need a print stereo (the plate), which is a once-off tooling cost rather than a per-order one.
Flexo prints solid colours and line work extremely well on corrugated. It is not a photographic process — fine gradients and photographic images are not what this method is for. If your artwork depends on those, tell us early and we will talk through the alternatives rather than let you find out at proofing.
Stereos, and why they are a once-off
A stereo is the printing plate carrying your design. It is cut once, kept, and reused on every subsequent run of that artwork — so the tooling cost lands on your first order and not on the ones after it.
Lead time on a new stereo is 3 to 5 working days from artwork approval, and your box lead time starts once it arrives. Reordering artwork we already hold skips that step entirely.
Design and sampling, in-house
We design your ideal packaging and demonstrate it in 3D before committing to tooling. That is where crease positions, panel sizes and the way your logo sits relative to the flaps get resolved — on screen and on a physical sample, rather than on a pallet of 5 000 boxes.
We can put a physical sample in your hands to confirm board composition and dimensions before anything goes into production.

How long does a printed box order take?
Standard lead time is 10–12 working days. If your order needs a new stereo, the clock starts once that stereo lands with us — 3 to 5 working days from the moment you approve artwork.
What artwork do you need from me?
Vector artwork is ideal. Send what you have and our design team will lay it up on your box shape and return a 3D sample for approval before the stereo is cut.
What do you need to quote a printed box?
To quote accurately we need the box style, internal dimensions (L × W × H in mm), quantity per order, board grade preference, printing requirements and your delivery address.
