Single wall board is lighter and suits most e-commerce, office and storage packing. Double wall adds a second fluted layer for heavier contents, higher stacks in a warehouse and rougher handling in transit. Where a stock size comes in both, both are listed as options.
The flip-top archive box is built in C-flute with a tight-fitting lid for document storage, and the TVL cartons are the deep 500 × 400 mm sizes for light, bulky contents.
Timepack manufactures corrugated packaging to order at the same Germiston factory, so a size or style that is not listed here can usually be made. Standard lead time is 7–10 working days.
Minimum orders generally start from ±500 m² of board, which works out differently in units depending on how big the box is.
