E-commerce Shipping Boxes and Mailers

An online store usually needs three things from a box supplier: mailer boxes or cartons that survive a courier, a way to buy small quantities while volumes grow, and a way to print them when it is worth it. Timepack supplies self-erect E-flute mailers, stock cartons by the bundle and courier bags, and makes custom printed boxes to order.

Clothing and apparel

Clothing rarely needs a rigid box to survive the trip, so a courier bag is often enough, with a polyprop bag around the garment to keep it clean. Use a mailer box or a stock carton when the presentation matters or the order is heavy. Our courier bags have a permanent tamper-evident seal and a clear pouch for the waybill.

Electronics and fragile products

Fragile products need cushioning inside the box as well as a strong box. Anti-static bubble wrap is held for electronics, alongside standard bubble wrap and Airothene foam for surfaces that scratch. A double wall stock carton adds protection on rough routes.

Branding before you can print boxes

Printed tape brands a parcel before your volumes justify printed boxes: the box stays plain and the tape carries the logo. When volumes grow, custom printed mailers and cartons are made to order. Minimum orders generally start from ±500 m² of board, so the number of boxes depends on how big the box is.

Self-erect mailing boxes are made to order from existing die sizes, in E-flute with some in B- and C-flute. Courier and polyprop bags are sold by the box or pack.

Our self-erect boxes are quick to assemble, sturdy and supplied flat for convenient storage. We have various existing die sizes available and can manufacture them in either natural Kraft or white-liner corrugated board.

Frequently asked questions

What boxes do online stores use?

Most use a mix: self-erect mailer boxes for small, light products, plain stock cartons for general and heavier orders, and courier bags for clothing and soft goods. Timepack supplies all three.

Can I buy shipping boxes in small quantities?

Yes. Stock cartons are sold through ShopXpress by the bundle, usually of 15 or 20. Printed and custom boxes are made to order, from ±500 m² of board.

Can mailer boxes be printed with my logo?
